LISTS & IMPORTS

Bring your list in. Know who's safe to send.

Upload any spreadsheet, map it in minutes, and every address lands in Kadexin checked, organized, and ready for your next campaign. No duplicate fields, no mystery drop-offs, no spreadsheet archaeology required.

  • Every spreadsheet, mapped for you

  • Fields reused, never duplicated

  • Interrupted uploads resume automatically

THE SPREADSHEET STRUGGLE

Your list arrives in pieces.

Every list has a history. Half your contacts came from a sign-up form, a quarter from a trade show badge scan, the rest from a spreadsheet someone built three export tools ago. Each one names its columns differently: 'Email', 'email_address', 'Contact Email'. Import them without care and you don't get one list, you get five versions of the same field, each one half-populated.

Then the upload itself fails. Your connection drops at row 40,000 of 60,000, and the only options most tools give you are to start again from the top or guess where it stopped. Either way, you lose an afternoon and you still don't trust the number the tool shows you.

Nobody can explain the gap. The spreadsheet said 12,431 rows. The platform says 11,980. Was it duplicates? Bad formatting? A header counted twice? You import your list to start sending, not to debug it.

HOW IT WORKS

From spreadsheet to sending list, fast.

Four steps, no spreadsheet surgery required.

Upload your file

Drop in your spreadsheet, however it's named or formatted. No template to copy first.

Map columns to fields

Match each column to a field. Kadexin reuses fields you already have instead of creating new ones.

Walk away if you need to

Connection drops, laptop closes, whatever happens, the upload resumes right where it stopped.

Send with confidence

Every address is checked before your first campaign goes out, so you know who's safe to reach.

IN DETAIL

Three things your import actually does.

Beyond the upload button, here's what happens to your list.

MAPPING & REUSE

Map once, reuse forever

When you upload a spreadsheet, the importer reads every column header and proposes a field for it: 'First Name' becomes a first name field, 'Signup Date' becomes a signup date field. If you already have a field called 'City' from a previous import, your new 'City' column maps straight into it. Nothing gets duplicated.

That matters more than it sounds. A list imported five times over two years, from five different export tools, usually ends up with five 'phone number' fields and a segmentation headache. Yours ends up with one.

  • Columns mapped automatically on upload

  • Existing fields reused, not duplicated

  • Custom fields become merge fields instantly

RESILIENT UPLOADS

Never start over

Big lists take time, and connections drop at the worst moment, row forty thousand of sixty, right when you thought you were nearly done. Most importers make you choose: start again from zero, or guess at where things went wrong.

Kadexin's importer resumes automatically. If an upload is interrupted, it picks up exactly where it stopped, no duplicate rows, no re-uploading the whole file, no afternoon lost to a spreadsheet that should have taken ten minutes.

  • Resumes automatically after any interruption

  • No duplicate rows from re-uploading

  • Large lists import in one sitting

ONE RECORD, THE WHOLE STORY

Every subscriber, fully accounted for

Open any subscriber's record and you see their fields exactly as imported, every campaign they've received, what they opened, what they clicked, and whether that open came from a real person or an inbox's own scanning software.

The moment an address hard-bounces or complains, it's suppressed across the whole platform, not just that one list. Nobody on your team sends to it again, on this campaign or any future one.

  • Full field history per subscriber

  • Every campaign, open and click visible

  • Hard bounces and complaints suppressed platform-wide

WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU

Your list, finally organized.

Import once, and everything downstream gets easier.

Import without the chaos

Upload your spreadsheet and watch columns land in the right fields automatically. No cleanup project before you can send your first campaign.

No duplicate-field clutter

Fields you already built stay the fields you use. Every new upload maps into them instead of spawning a lookalike.

Personalization from day one

Custom fields become merge fields the moment they land, so your spreadsheet's data writes your next subject line.

Bad addresses stay gone

A hard bounce or complaint anywhere suppresses that address everywhere. One strike, and it's off every future send.

A full view of every subscriber

Fields, campaigns received, opens and clicks, all on one record, including whether that open was a real person.

COMPARED

Importing shouldn't feel like archaeology.

What a typical import tool leaves you with, versus what you get here.

A typical import tool

  • Duplicate fields. Every upload spawns new columns and quiet list bloat.
  • Starts over on failure. A dropped connection means uploading the whole file again.
  • Mystery totals. Nobody can say why the count doesn't match the spreadsheet.
  • Bounces linger. A dead address sits on your list until someone notices.
  • Spreadsheet data goes to waste. Extra columns never reach your emails.
  • A flat list. No record of who engaged and who didn't.

Kadexin

  • Fields reused. Your columns map straight into fields you already built.
  • Resumes automatically. Picks up exactly where the upload stopped.
  • Clear mapping. See exactly which column became which field, every time.
  • Suppressed everywhere. One hard bounce blocks that address platform-wide, for good.
  • Instant personalization. Custom fields become merge fields the moment they land.
  • A full record. Fields, campaigns, opens and clicks, on every subscriber.

QUESTIONS

Lists and imports, answered.

Can I bring my existing list?

Yes. Upload a spreadsheet, map the columns, and every address is checked before you send to it.

Will importing create duplicate fields for data I already track?

No. The importer reuses fields you already have instead of creating lookalikes, so a 'City' column maps straight into your existing City field.

What happens if my upload gets interrupted?

It resumes automatically from where it stopped. You won't re-upload the whole file or end up with duplicate rows.

Can I use my spreadsheet columns to personalize emails?

Yes. Once a column becomes a custom field, it's available as a merge field in the email editor, ready to drop into a subject line or body copy.

What happens to addresses that bounce or complain?

They're suppressed across the whole platform the moment it happens. Nobody on your account can send to that address again, on any list or campaign.

What can I see about a subscriber after I import them?

Open any record and see their fields, every campaign they've received, what they opened and clicked, and whether that open came from a real person or automated scanning.

Do I need to worry about the law when I import contacts?

Yes. The CAN-SPAM Act requires honest headers and subject lines, a physical address in every email, and any opt-out honored within 10 business days. Only import people who expect to hear from you.

WORKS WITH

Pairs well with your list.

Lists and imports is the foundation. Here's what builds on it.

Every address checked

Each imported address is verified at the mailbox before it ever enters a campaign.

Segments and follow-ups

Turn your imported list into saved groups built from who clicked, who opened, and who didn't.
