FOR AGENCIES & CONSULTANTS

Email marketing, run the way agencies run accounts.

One place to plan, design and send for every client you run. Each campaign goes out from its own verified domain, each list gets checked before you send, and each report is plain enough to drop straight into the QBR.

  • Every address checked before you send

  • Your own sending domain, set up for you

  • Month to month, no contracts

Welcome, strategist. Let's send something clients notice.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

The parts of the job nobody bills for

You didn't sign up to be your clients' deliverability team, list-hygiene department and report designer all at once. Here's where it usually goes wrong.

One more deliverable, every single month

Every client's newsletter is a deliverable with a deadline, and there's always another one due the week after. Builds slow down, reviews stack up, and the campaign that was supposed to take an hour takes an afternoon.

By the time it goes out, the only thing left to defend in the status meeting is that it went out at all.

A different list for every client, a dozen spreadsheets open

Each account has its own list, its own fields, its own history. Keeping a dozen clients' subscriber data straight in one head is how addresses go stale and sends go to the wrong people.

Your domain carries the risk for someone else's list

One client with a messy list can drag down a sending reputation that every other client's email relies on too. You end up accountable for inbox placement you can't actually see.

Reporting day turns into guesswork

Clients ask what the email did and you're stitching together screenshots from three different tools. A QBR built on guesses is a renewal built on hope.

Follow-up on new business just doesn't happen

The proposal goes out, the case study goes out, and then the account team gets busy. Nobody sends the nudge that turns a maybe into a signed retainer.

CAMPAIGNS THAT WORK FOR YOU

A send for every point on your calendar

From January planning season to the December wrap-up, here's what to put in front of clients and prospects, and why it lands when it does.

The January planning nudge

Budgets reset and strategies get rewritten every January. Send three moves worth making this quarter, timed for the week clients are actually planning.

The QBR recap, sent before the call

Email the quarter's numbers a day ahead of the review: what ran, what moved, what's next. Clients walk in already impressed instead of catching up.

The case study drip for new business

A short series to prospects who sat through a pitch: one result, one lesson, one proof point per email, spaced a week apart.

The retainer renewal reminder

Thirty days before a contract anniversary, send a plain recap of work done and work planned next. Renewals that are expected rarely get questioned.

The year in review, every December

Round up the wins you delivered this year for each client and send it before the holidays. It's proof of value they didn't have to ask for.

The new-service launch

Adding a service line? Announce it to past and current clients first. They already trust you, and they're the easiest sell you'll make all quarter.

The re-engagement send for cold leads

Pull everyone who opened a proposal but never signed, and send one sharp email asking if timing is better now. A few will say yes.

The referral ask after a project wins

Right after a project lands a visible win, ask the client who else should hear about it. Timed well, it's the cheapest lead you'll generate all year.

AN EXAMPLE CAMPAIGN

Built in minutes, not a Tuesday afternoon

Maximus typing on a laptop

From one line to a client-ready send

You write one line: tell our retainer clients three moves worth making this quarter, friendly but direct, with a nudge to book a call. That brief, plus the brand settings already on file, is enough: a complete HTML email comes back designed, hero to footer, in the client's voice.

The pre-send review checks the subject line, every link and the footer while fixes are still free, and the list is already verified down to the mailbox. Approve it, and it goes out from a domain that's been authenticated since day one.

THE FEATURES YOU'LL USE MOST

Everything an account team actually needs

Built for running more than one brand at once: every client gets their own domain, their own list and their own proof, without you running a dozen separate tools.

FOR EVERY CLIENT'S DOMAIN

Each client's email comes from their domain

Clients see their own domain on every send, not an agency tool bolted on top. The platform registers, authenticates and hosts a sending domain to match each client's brand, so the From address, the signature, the links and the landing page all agree.

Nobody on your team touches a DNS record. Set it up once per client and it runs.

  • Domains registered and authenticated for you

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up without touching DNS

  • From address, signature and links all match the client's domain

PROVE THE RENEWAL

Reports clients actually believe

Every open is classified the moment it happens: opens that arrive the way software opens them are counted as automated, the rest as human, in separate columns. That's the number you put in front of a client, not an inflated total.

Reports are live from the first message: delivered, human opens, automated opens, clicks, bounces, complaints, unsubscribes and landing-page responses, all in one view.

  • Human opens reported separately from automated opens

  • Live numbers from the first send onward

  • The same report format for every client, in plain language

PITCH WITHOUT GUESSING

Test the pitch before you bet the retainer on it

Launch a case-study drip or a renewal reminder with several designed versions at once: different subject lines, openings, offers or layouts. You're not guessing which angle lands with a client's audience.

Variants rotate evenly across the whole list, not a small sample, so whichever version wins did it at full size, with a real answer behind it.

  • Several designed variants in one send

  • Rotated evenly across the full audience

FOLLOW UP WITHOUT THE SPREADSHEET

Follow up with the people who almost said yes

From any case-study drip or proposal send, save the people who clicked, the people who opened without clicking, and the people who didn't open at all. No manual export, no cross-referencing a spreadsheet.

Resend to the people who didn't open with a fresh subject line. It's the simplest way to turn a quiet proposal into an answered one.

  • Save contacts by what they clicked, opened or ignored

  • Resend to non-openers with a new subject line

  • No extra export, no second tool

GET STARTED

From sign-up to your first client send

No DNS, no onboarding call, no setup fee. Here's the whole path from account to inbox.

Create your account

Sign up and set your agency's brand: logo, colors and the way you write. Every client campaign starts from this.

Add your first client's list

Import their spreadsheet, map the columns once, and every address is checked against its mail server before anything goes out.

Brief the campaign

Write one line: the offer, the audience, the message. The platform drafts a complete, client-ready email in your brand.

Review, verify, send

Catch mistakes in the pre-send review, confirm the list is clean, and send from a domain that's already authenticated and ready.

QUESTIONS

What agencies actually ask us

Can I run email for more than one client from a single account?

Yes. Set up each client's brand, list and sending domain inside your account and run their campaigns independently, each one checked and reported on separately.

Does every client send from their own domain, or does it all come from ours?

Each client's email sends from a domain that matches their brand, registered, authenticated and hosted for them. Recipients see the client's domain on the From address, the links and the landing page, every time.

Will one client's messy list affect another client's deliverability?

No. Every address on every list is checked against its mail server before it enters a campaign, and each sending domain builds its own reputation separately. One account's history doesn't carry over to another's.

Is there a contract, or can we add and drop clients as we go?

Plans run month to month with no contract. Scale up when you add a client and adjust down when a project ends.

Can your team run campaigns for our clients instead of us?

Yes. Done-for-you campaigns start from $399 a month: our team plans, writes, designs and sends on your behalf, so you can bill for strategy instead of production.

Can I bring each client's existing list without starting from scratch?

Import any spreadsheet and map its columns to fields once; the platform reuses fields you already have instead of duplicating them. An interrupted upload picks up right where it stopped.

What about CAN-SPAM when we're sending on a client's behalf?

Every campaign needs honest headers and subject lines, the sender's physical address, and an opt-out honored within 10 business days, whoever's name it goes out under. That applies to every client account you run.
