What exactly does the managed service include?
Planning, writing, design and sending for every campaign, plus the monthly report. We build the calendar from your offers, draft every email in your voice, and send it from your own domain after checking every address.
Do I need to do anything each month?
One short call to set direction, then approve the campaign calendar and the emails before they send. Everything in between is ours.
Is my sending domain already handled?
Yes. We register it, set up its authentication and host it for you. There's no DNS to touch.
Will this get flagged as spam?
Every address is checked with its mail server before a send, and your domain earns its sending volume gradually with each inbox provider. We can't promise inbox placement for every message, but the groundwork is built for it.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Managed campaigns run month to month, same as every self-serve plan.
Can I still see or edit what you send?
Every calendar, subject line and design comes to you for approval first. Ask for a change and we make it before it ships.
What if I want to take it back myself later?
Switch to a self-serve plan whenever you like. Your domain, your lists and your history move with you.
Does this meet US email rules?
